Coaching Charlotte’s Growth-Minded Leaders
I’m a successful CEO who spent 15 years in corporate before starting my own business. In corporate, I learned process and procedures - important skills for a growing business to thrive. This invaluable experience gave me the confidence to build a company from scratch that quickly grew from two to 50 employees and multi-million dollars in revenue.
Early in my entrepreneurial career, I didn’t have anyone to turn to for advice. Then Vistage found me and I joined - it was exactly what I was looking for. My membership was so impactful that after we closed our business, I decided to lead my own Vistage groups so others in my community could experience the powerful support I received – paying it forward.
It’s a privilege to help members grow and prosper, examples include:
-
Helping 6 members land on Inc. Magazine’s 5,000 List
-
Growing 300 percent over a three-year period
-
Helping 5 members sell their businesses
-
Helping partnerships amicably split to then experience even greater potential
-
Navigating illness and divorce
Vistage members gain expertise in transformational thinking, strategic planning, and business leadership – moving from a life of importance to a life of significance.
Additionally, I serve as a corporate speaker, trainer, and facilitator. My mission, through Vistage and my consultancy, The Grogan Group, is to inspire leaders to become difference makers.
I’m always looking for driven and talented Charlotte-based executives committed to lifelong growing and learning. Let's Connect today.
A Legacy of Business Leadership & Trust
Jerry Schroeder was a deeply respected member of our group. He was a thoughtful leader who fully committed to growing his business and supporting his peers. When Jerry passed away, the impact of his membership was clear. His widow and employees spoke about how much he valued the experience, often crediting the group with helping him lead with clarity and confidence. In fact, the new owner of Jerry’s company joined our group shortly after, inspired by what he had heard. That decision speaks volumes. The strength of the group isn’t just felt by our members, but by the people around them.
